Donate to Support Education and Well-being of Youth in Kenya

Your donation to COCE Kenya goes directly towards supporting vulnerable children and youth in rural communities across Busia County, Kenya. Your generosity enables us to provide essential resources and programs aimed at empowering these children to lead healthy, safe, and productive lives.

Why Donate?

  • Despite primary schooling being both free and mandatory, only 63% of Kenyan boys and 68% of girls complete primary education.

  • Access to secondary schooling, for which some fees are mandatory, remains a challenge, with only 60% of children able to attend. In Nairobi, a mere 22% of girls enroll in secondary school.

  • Kenya ranks 109 out of 153 countries in the 2020 Global Gender Gap Report, indicating significant inequalities between males and females in education attainment, health outcomes, representation in parliament, and participation in the labor market.

  • $10: Provides hygiene items for one child for one month, ensuring they stay healthy and focused on their education
